At Klei Merch Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
